(وإن حلف: لا أقمتُ عليه) أي: السُّلَّم (ولا نزلت عنه، ولا صَعِدت فيه؛ فإنه ينتقل إلى سُلَّم آخر) فتنحل يمينه؛ لأنه إنما نزل أو صَعِد من غيره.
