(ولو لبس ثيابًا في كل ثوب) من الحرير (قدر يعفى عنه) من سجف، أو رقاع ونحوها (ولو جمع) ما فيها من الحرير (صار ثوبًا، لم يكره) ذلك، لأن كل ثوب يعتبر بنفسه غير تابع لغيره.
