(وكذلك إن قال: إنْ كنتُ فعلتُ كذا) فزوجتي طالق، أو عبدي حُرٌّ، أو أَمَتي حُرَّة (ونوى: إنْ كنتُ فعلته بالصين ونحوه) كاليمن والهند وغيره (من الأماكن التي لم يفعله فيها؛ لم يحنث) لأنه صادق.
