(إذا استحلفته) زوجته (ألا يتزوَّج عليها، فحلف) لها على ذلك (ونوى شيئًا مما ذكرنا) بأن نوى ألا يتزوَّج عليها يهودية، أو نصرانية، أو عمياء، أو حبشية ونحوها، أو ألا يتزوَّج عليها بالصين، أو نحوه من المواضع التي يريد التزوج بها (فله نيّته) لأن لفظه يحتمله.
