(وإن خالعها صَحَّ خُلعه) لأنها زوجةٌ يصح طلاقها، فصح خُلعها، كما قبل الطلاق. وليس مقصود الخُلع التحريم، بل التخلُّص من ضرر الزوج، على أنا نمنع أنها مُحَرَّمة.
