كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(فإن كان تصديقه) أي: الثاني للأول في رجعتها (قبل دخوله بها؛ فلها عليه نصفُ المهر) لأن الفُرقة جاءت من قِبَلِهِ بتصديقه (و) إن كان تصديقه (بعده) أي: بعد الدخول بها؛ فـ (ـلها الجميع) . أي: جميعُ المهر؛ لأنه استقر بالدخول.
