(فإن ادعاه) أي: أنَّه كان راجعها أمس، أو منذ شهر (بعد انقضائها) أي: العدة (فأنكرته؛ فقولها) لأنه ادعاها في زمن لا يملكها فيه، والأصل عدمها، وحصول البينونة.
