(وإن سبق فقال: ارتجعتُكِ، فقالت: قد انقضت عدتي قبل رجعتك، فأنكرها؛ فقوله) لأنه ادعى الرجعة قبل الحكم بانقضاء عدتها؛ ولأنه يملك الرجعة، وقد صحَّت في الظاهر، فلا يُقبل قولها في إبطالها
