(ولو عَلَّق) عبد (طلاقًا ثلاثًا بشرط غير عتقه، فوجد الشرط بعد عتقه) كما لو قال لها: إن دخلت الدار فأنتِ طالقٌ ثلاثًا، وعَتَقَ، ثم دخلتها (لزمته الثلاث) اعتبارًا بوقت الوقوع
