(و) إن قال: والله (لا وطئتك حائضًا، أو نفساء، أو مُحْرِمة، أو صائمة فرضًا، أو لا وطئتك ليلًا؛ أو) لا وطئتك (نهارًا؛ فليس بمؤلٍ) لأنه يمكنه وطؤها بغير حنث.
