(وإن حلف) بالله (على) ترك (وطئها عامًا، ثم كفَّر يمينه قبل مضي الأربعة أشهر؛ انحلَّ الإيلاء) بالتكفير (ولم يوقف) أي: تضرب له مدة الإيلاء (بعد الأربعة أشهر) لأن الإيلاء انحلَّ.
