(وإذا صَحَّ الإيلاء) لاجتماع شروطه الأربعة (ضُربت له) أي: المؤلي (مدةُ أربعة أشهر، ولا يُطالب بالوطء فيهن) أي: في الأربعة أشهر؛ لقوله تعالى:{لِلَّذِينَ يُؤْلُونَ مِنْ نِسَائِهِمْ تَرَبُّصُ أَرْبَعَةِ أَشْهُرٍ}.
