(ولا يصحُّ ظِهار الطفل، و) لا ظِهار (المُكْرَه، و) لا ظِهار (الزائل العقل، بجنون، أو إغماء، أو نوم، أو غيره) كشرب دواء، أو مُسْكِرٍ مكرَهًا؛ لأنه لا حكم لقولهم.
