(ومتى وجد عليه) وفي نسخة "عليها" أي البدن، والثوب، والبقعة (نجاسة) بعد الصلاة؛ و (جهل كونها) أي أنها كانت (في الصلاة؛ صحت) صلاته، أي لم يلزمه إعادتها؛ لأن الأصل عدم كونها في الصلاة، لاحتمال حدوثها بعدها، فلا نبطلها بالشك.
