(وله أن ينتقل إليه) أي: إلى العتق بعد الشروع في الصوم (و) له أن ينتقل (إلى الإطعام والكسوة في كفَّارة اليمين) لأنَّ ذلك هو الأصل، فوجب إجزاؤه، كسائر الأصول.
