(فإن رَدَّ) المُعتِق (العشرة بعد العتق على باذلها، ليكون العتق عن الكفَّارة؛ لم يجزئ) العتق (عنها) لأن العتق ابتداءً وقع غير مجزئ، فلم ينقلب مجزئًا برد العوض.
