(ولا يجب التتابُعُ في إطعام) الـ ( كفَّارة) لأنه غير مأمور به، وإنما أمر بإطعام ستين مسكينًا، فتناول الإطعام متتابعًا ومتفرِّقًا، والبدلُ لا يُعطى حكمَ المبدل من كل وجه.
