(وإن لم يكن أقرَّ بوطئها، أو (١) أقرَّ به) أي: بالوطء (وأتت به لدون ستة أشهر منذ وطئ) بعد الملك (كان ملحَقًا) به (بالنكاح؛ إن أمكن ذلك) بأن ولدته لستة أشهر فأكثر منذ نَكَحَها (وله نفيه باللِّعان) لأنه ملحَقٌ به بالنكاح.
