(ومن شرطه) أي: نفي الولد (ألا يوجد منه) إقرار بالولد، ولا (دليل على الإقرار به، فإن أقرَّ به، أو بتوأمه، أو نفاه وسكت عن توأمه، أو هُنِّئَ به فسكتَ) أو هُنِّئَ به
