(وإن كانت أَمَة، ولو أم ولد) أو مُدَبَّرة، أو مكاتَبة؛ فعدتها (شهران) احتج بقول عمر؛ رواه الأثرم ؛ ولأن كل شهرٍ مقامُ قُرء، وعدتها بالأقراء قرءان، فكذا بدلهما شهران.
