(وله) أي: للزوج القادم (تضمين البيّنة) التي شهدت بموته (ما تَلِفَ من ماله) لتسبُّبها في إتلافه (وله تضمينُ مُتْلِفه) لمباشرته الإتلاف (وتضمَنُ البينةُ مَهْرَ الثاني) لأنها تسببت في غُرمه.
