(ولا يَلْحقه النسبُ) لأنه زانٍ (وإن علمت هي دونه؛ فعليها الحدّ، ولا مهر لها) إن كانت حرة؛ لأنها زانية مطاوعة (ويلحقه النسب) لأنه وطء شُبهة.
