(ومن وجبت عليه الهجرة من أرض) لكفر أهلها، وعجزه عن إظهار دينه، أو كونهم أهل بدعة ضالة كذلك (لم يجب عليه إعادة ما صلى بها) لأن النهي عن إقامته بها لا يختص الصلاة.
