(أو) ارتضع طفلان من لبن (رجل) فكذلك؛ لما ذكرنا. (أو) ارتضعا من لبنِ (خنثى مشكِل؛ لم ينشر الحرمة) لأنه لم يثبت كونه امرأة، فلا يثبت التحريم مع الشك.
