(وإن أرضعت الثلاثَ متفرِّقات؛ انفسخ نكاحُ الأوَّلَتين) لأنهما صارتا أختين في نكاحه (دون الثالثة) فيثبت نكاحها؛ لأنه لم يُصادف إخوتَها جمعًا في النكاح.
