(وإن أرضعتها) أي: الطفلة، زوجةً كانت أو غيرَها (امرأةُ أحد هؤلاء بلبن غيره) أي: غيرِ زوجها (لم تَحْرُم عليه) أي: على من تحرم عليه بنتُ زوجها (لأنها صارت ربيبةَ زوجها) فلا تحرم على أبيه ولا على ابنه ونحوِهما.
