(متى كان مُفسِدُ النكاحِ جماعة، وُزِّعَ المهر على رَضَعاتِهنَّ المُحرِّمة) لأنه إتلاف اشتركن فيه، فكان على كل واحدة بقدر ما أتلفت، و (لا) يوزع (على) عدد (رؤوسهن) كما لو أتلفن مالًا وتفاوتن فيه.
