(وإن قاله) أي: هي أختي من الرضاع (بعدَ الدخول؛ انفسخ النكاحُ، ولها المهر) بكل حال؛ لأنه استقرَّ بالدخول (ما لم تُقِرَّ أنها طاوعته عالمةً بالتحريم) لأنها زانية مطاوعة.
