(وليس هو معاوضة حقيقة) لأن الشارع لم يُعَيِّن الواجب بأكثر من الكفاية، فبأي شيء حصلت كان هو الواجب، وإنما صِرْنا إلى إيجاب الخبز عند الاختلاف؛ لأنه المتعارَف، فرجح بذلك.
