(ولا) يسقط الاستقبال إذا لم يقصد المسافر جهة معينة كـ ( ـراكب تعاسيف، وهو ركوب الفلاة وقطعها على غير صوب (١) ) ومنه الهائم، والتائه، والسائح.

والسفر: قطع المسافة، وجمعه أسفار، سمي بذلك لأنه يسفر عن أخلاق الرجال.
