أُمًّا كانت أو غيرها (مقاطعتها بحيث تتمكن من السوء؛ بل) ينهونها (بحسب قُدْرتهم، وإن احتاجت إلى رزق وكسوة كَسَوها) يُقدَّم بذلك من وجبت عليه نفقتها، على ما تقدم في النفقات .
