(ولا يمنع أحدهما) أي: الأبوين (من زيارتها عند الآخر) لأن فيه حملًا على قطيعة الرحم (من غير أن يخلو الزوجُ بأمها، ولا يُطيل) المُقام؛ لأن الأم صارت بالبينونة أجنبية منه
