(وإن اشتبهت عليه) القبلة (في السفر، وكان عالمًا بأدلتها، ففرضه الاجتهاد في معرفتها) لأن ما وجب اتباعه عند وجوده، وجب الاستدلال عليه عند خفائه، كالحكم في الحادثة.
