(وكذا لو فتح فمه وسقاه الآخر سَمًّا) فيقتل الساقي، ويحبس الممسك حتى يموت (أو تبع) مكلَّف (رجلًا ليقتله فهرب) الرجل (فأدركه آخر، فقطع رجله، فحبسه) فأدركه، فقتله؛ قُتِل القاتل وأُقيد من القاطع، وحُبس حتى يموت. (أو أمسكه آخر ليقطع طرفه) فيُقطع القاطع، ويُحبس الممسك حتى يقطع طرفه.
