(ويُقتل كلُّ واحدٍ منهما) أي: الذكر والأنثى (بالخُنثى. ويُقتل) الخنثى (بكلِّ واحد منهما) أي: من الذكر والأنثى؛ لعموم {أَنَّ النَّفْسَ بِالنَّفْسِ}.
