(وإن قتلهم مُتفرِّقًا) واحدًا بعد واحد (وأشكل الأول، وادَّعى كل واحد) من الأولياء (الأولية، ولا بيِّنة) لواحد منهم (فأقرَّ القاتل لأحدهم؛ قُدِّم) المُقَرُّ له بالأولية (بإقراره) أي: القاتل على نفسه
