(ويؤخذ ذَكَر الخَصِي) بذكر الخَصِي (و) ذَكَر (العِنِّين بمِثْلِهِ) لحصول المساواة، لا ذَكَر فَحْل بذكر خصي أو عِنّين؛ لأنه لا منفعة فيها .
