كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن اختار) الخنثى (الدية، وكان يُرجى انكشاف حاله) بأن كان غير بالغ (أُعطِيَ اليقينَ) لأن ما زاد عليه مشكوك فيه، فلا نوجبه بالشكِّ (وهو) أي: اليقين (الحكومةُ في المقطوعِ) من الذَّكر، أو الأنثيين، أو الشُّفرين؛ لاحتمال الزيادة.
