(فلو أوضح) الشَّاجُّ (إنسانًا في بعض رأسه) و (مقدارُ ذلك البعض جميعُ رأسِ الشَّاجِّ وزيادة، كان له) أي: المشجوج (أن يوضِحه في جميع رأسه) لتحصُل المماثلة بحسب الإمكان؛ ولأن الجميع رأس (ولا أرْش له) أي: للمشجوج (للزائد) لئلا يجتمع في عضو واحد قِصاص ودية.
