كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن كان) المغصوب (قِنًّا) فنهشته حيَّةٌ، أو أصابته صاعقة، أو تلف بغير ذلك (فـ) ـعلى الغاصب (القيمة) أي: قيمة الِقنِّ لمالكه؛ لأن القِنَّ تثبت عليه اليد.
