(ولو تجاذَبا حبلًا ونحوَه) كثوب (فانْقطع) الحبلُ أو نحوه (فسَقَطَا فماتا؛ فكمتصادِمَين (٢) سواء انكبَّا أو استلقيا، أو انكبَّ أحدُهما واستلقى الآخر، لكنَّ نصفَ دية المنكَبِّ على عاقلة المُستلقي مغلَّظة، ونصفَ دية المستلقي على عاقلة المُنْكَبِّ مخفَّفة) قاله في "الرعاية".
