(وإن رمى ثلاثةٌ بمنجَنيق، فرجع الحجرُ) أو لم يرجع (فقتلَ رابعًا) حُرًّا (فعلى عواقلهم دِيتُه أثلاثًا) لأن العاقلة تحمل الثلث فما زاد (ولا قَوَد) عليهم (ولو قصدوه بعينه) لعدم إمكان القصد غالبًا.
