(فإن كانوا) أي: الرُّماة (أكثرَ من ثلاثة، فالدية حالَّةٌ في أموالهم) لأن العاقلة لا تحمل ما دون الثلث، والتأجيل فى الديات إنما هو فيما تحمله العاقلة.
