(ولو ظن) مكلف (أن عليه ظهرًا فائتة، فقضاها في وقت ظهر اليوم، ثم بان أنه لا قضاء عليه لم يجزئه) الظهر التي صلاها (عن) الظهر (الحاضرة) لأنه لم ينوها، أشبه ما لو نوى قضاء عصر، وقد قال - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "وإنما لكل امرئٍ ما نوى".
