(وإن مات الأولُ من سقطِهِما (٤) ) أي: الثاني والثالث (فديته على عاقلتهما) لموته بفعلهما، ودية الثاني على الثالث؛ لأنه انفرد بالوقوع عليه (ودم الثالث هَدْرٌ) لأنه مات بفعل نفسه
