وإن وضع جرة على سطحه أو حائطه ولو متطرفة أو حجرا فرمتها الريح على إنسان فقتلته أو شيء فأتلفه لم يضمنه

(وإن وضع جرَّة على سطحه، أو حائطه ولو متطرِّفة، أو) وضع (حجرًا) على سطحه أو حائطه (فرمتهما) أي: الجرَّة أو الحجر (الريح على إنسان فقتله، أو) رمتهما الريح على (شيء) من حيوان أو غيره (فأتلفه، لم يضمنه) لأن ذلك بغير فعله، ووضعه لذلك كان فى ملكه.
