(ويساوي) أرْش (جراحه) أرْش (جراح الذَّكَر فيما دون الثلث) لأنَّ أدنى حاليه أن يكون امرأة (وفي) جراح يوجب (الثُّلث) كالجائفة (وما زاد عنه) أي: الثلث كاليد (ثلاثةَ أرباعٍ) أرْشِ (جُرْحِ ذَكَرٍ) لأنَّ الجراح كالتابع للقتل.
