(إلى مال، تعلَّقت قيمة عبده برقابهم، على كل واحد منهم) أي: من العبيد العشرة القاتلين (عُشْرها، يُباع منه بقدرها، أو يَفديه سيده) بقَدر العشر، كما توزّع دية الحُرِّ على قاتليه
