(وإن ذهب بصرُهُ) أي: المجنيّ عليه (أو) ذهب (سمعهُ، فقال عدلان من أهل الخِبرة) بالطب: (لا يُرجى عوده) أي: بصره، أو سمعه (وجبت) الدية لذلك
