(وإن نوى الإمامة ظانًا حضور مأموم) بأنَّ يغلب على ظنه حضور من يأتم به (صح) ذلك، كما لو علمه.
و (لا) تصح نية الإمامة (مع الشَّك) في حضور من يأتم به، كما لو علم عدم مجيئه؛ لأنَّه الأصل.
